I had a great experience with Mr Patel – very professional and kind. The reception team is also incredibly friendly and responsive, which really helps when you’re in pain or stressed. I had an erupted wisdom tooth and while the NHS would have taken weeks/months to get it sorted, Mr Patel’s team was empathetic and quick to help. I’ve just completed my treatment plan with Dr Fern and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly responsive and consistently flexible in accommodating my schedule and individual needs. The treatment itself was highly effective thanks in large part to Dr Ferns’ meticulous attention to detail and clear commitment to delivering the best possible outcome. I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Fern. She was so wonderful, always so pleasant. She has a lot of experience and is very detail oriented. She really wanted to make sure that I was very happy with my end result. She truly looked after me every step of the way. Her team is also great and super friendly and knowledgeable. The entire practice is extremely professional. I also see Neil for regular dentistry (as well as my children).
